A: We provide drug testing, DOT medical certificates, physical exams, laboratory health screening, post-accident alcohol testing and treatment of minor work-related injuries. We complete all required drug testing and health examination paperwork.

Q: Who are your services for?
A: We provide services for employers during the pre-employment process, for the establishment and maintenance of a drug-free workplace program, for compliance with annual or biennial DOT medical certification requirements and for treatment of minor work-related injuries. We provide annual or biennial DOT medical certificates for private individuals. We offer drug testing, laboratory screening tests and physical examinations for employees, students, student athletes and life insurance applicants.

Q: How quickly can an employer get test results?
A: We guarantee drug test results by phone within 30 minutes. We also report results by fax and/or hard copy according to your preferences. We complete all required health forms and return them according to your specifications.

Q: How can you help employers that need help with the establishment of employee health-related protocols?
A: After determining your needs and goals, we can help employers streamline health-related policies that are cost-effective and directed at enhancing a safe and productive work environment. We may assist with such activities as:

• Development of custom health examination forms.
• Developing protocols that establish frequency and indication for drug and alcohol testing.
• Developing protocols that establish frequency and indication for employee health examinations.
• Policies regarding treatment of work-related injuries.
• Assistance in establishing and maintaining a drug-free workplace program.

Q: How quickly will I get my DOT medical certificate?
A: You will receive your DOT certificate immediately after successfully completing any testing or exam requirements. We make every effort to see you on time with minimal disruption to your schedule.

Q: How can I get DOT medical certificates for my employees at my location?
A: If you have five or more employees and require them to be certified at the same time, you can request an on-site visit. We will come to your location, perform all testing and issue your certificates at that time.

Q: How can I request physicals for sports teams to be performed at my school?
A: If your entire sports team is available for testing during the same block of time, you may request sports physicals for your team members at your school. The school is responsible for one bill that covers the costs of all exams and testing performed. It is up to the school to collect fees from individual students to reimburse these costs.

Q: Do you accept walk-ins?
A: If you come to our office without an appointment, we will make every effort to accommodate you between or after regularly scheduled appointments.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We offer convenient billing to employers with net 30-day terms. We also accept cash, personal checks, Visa, MC and Discover.
